Refund policy

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where an item has been misdescribed or there is damage which was not mentioned in the description.
EU and UK customers retain their statutory rights.

Refunds
If a refund is required (for example, for misdescribed items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days once the item has been returned and inspected.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. These charges are assessed by your country’s customs office and are not collected or reimbursed by Trouver.
