Full-length black skirt in raw silk
Bodice is fitted and is made of a nude silk under-layer which is overlaid with black silk corded ribbon work, crisscrossing across the front in a geometric lattice pattern
This corded detailing continues around the bodice, with a concealed side zip on the left
Throughout the bodice, there is also a dotted mesh layer which gives the illusion of fabric over bare skin
The corded ribbon work is intentionally slightly asymmetrical; lower on one side of the body which can be seen both on the runway and on the mannequin
Good vintage condition with some fraying at the hem — which looks in-keeping with the raw silk fabric of the skirt
